This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our AI-powered business management platform ("the Service"). 2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials through our secure registration system. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Stripe, and we store only your Stripe customer ID — we never store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full payment details.

2.2 Business Content

When you interact with AI Agents, we collect and store the content you submit ("Inputs"), including messages, documents, company information, and business data. We also store the AI-generated responses ("Outputs"), including reports, analyses, strategies, and recommendations. This data is stored to provide the Service's core functionality, including conversation history, knowledge management, and cross-conversation memory.

2.3 Usage Data

We collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features used, timestamps of interactions, and general usage patterns. This data helps us improve the Service and diagnose technical issues.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

  • Providing the Service: Processing your Inputs through AI models to generate Outputs, maintaining conversation history, and enabling cross-conversation memory so AI Agents can provide contextually relevant responses.
  • Knowledge Management: Extracting and storing business insights from your conversations to build your organization's knowledge base, which is used exclusively to improve the AI Agents' responses for your organization.
  • Account Management: Managing your subscription, authenticating your identity, and communicating service-related updates.
  • Service Improvement: Analyzing aggregate, anonymized usage patterns to improve the Platform's features and user experience. We do not use your business content for this purpose.

4. How We Share Your Information

4.1 Third-Party AI Providers

To generate AI responses, your Inputs are transmitted to third-party AI model providers through their commercial APIs. These providers currently include Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and others. Under the commercial/API terms of these providers:

  • Your data is not used to train their AI models. All providers' commercial API terms explicitly prohibit using customer content for model training.
  • Data is transmitted securely via encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS).
  • Providers process your data solely to generate the requested Output and do not retain it beyond what is necessary for abuse prevention and legal compliance.

4.2 Payment Processor

Payment information is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not have access to your full payment card details. Stripe's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

4.4 No Sale of Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or business content to third parties for marketing or any other purpose.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including access controls, audit logging, and regular security assessments. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Conversation history, knowledge base entries, and business data are retained to enable the Service's memory and knowledge management features. You may delete specific data through the Platform's interface at any time. Upon account termination, we will retain your data for up to 30 days to allow for data export, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our data retention schedule.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • Data Portability: Request export of your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Opt-Out: Opt out of non-essential data processing or marketing communications.
  • Restriction: Request restriction of processing of your personal data under certain circumstances.

As stated above, we do not sell personal information.

9. European Economic Area (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your personal data on the basis of: (a) your consent; (b) the necessity to perform our contract with you; (c) our legitimate business interests; or (d) compliance with legal obligations. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
