AI Company OS ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our AI-powered business management platform ("the Service"). By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials through our secure registration system. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Stripe, and we store only your Stripe customer ID — we never store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full payment details.
When you interact with AI Agents, we collect and store the content you submit ("Inputs"), including messages, documents, company information, and business data. We also store the AI-generated responses ("Outputs"), including reports, analyses, strategies, and recommendations. This data is stored to provide the Service's core functionality, including conversation history, knowledge management, and cross-conversation memory.
We collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features used, timestamps of interactions, and general usage patterns. This data helps us improve the Service and diagnose technical issues.
We use your information for the following purposes:
To generate AI responses, your Inputs are transmitted to third-party AI model providers through their commercial APIs. These providers currently include Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and others. Under the commercial/API terms of these providers:
Payment information is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not have access to your full payment card details. Stripe's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy.
We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or business content to third parties for marketing or any other purpose.
Your data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including access controls, audit logging, and regular security assessments. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Conversation history, knowledge base entries, and business data are retained to enable the Service's memory and knowledge management features. You may delete specific data through the Platform's interface at any time. Upon account termination, we will retain your data for up to 30 days to allow for data export, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our data retention schedule.
